ACCOUNTS

Associate Account Manager
This is the first career level for consultants. Role of the Associate Account Manager is to follow up on project planning and ensure that it is adhered to at all stages.
They possess basic skills and knowledge of quantitative subjects and research methodology. A bachelor’s degree in statistics or socio-economic subjects and a good knowledge of English are usually required. Curiosity for research, aptitude for teamwork, and a sense of accuracy complete their profile.
Account Manager
They possess extensive experience in CFI Group’s consultative approach and methodology and research methodology more generally. Primary responsibilities include efficient execution of assigned tasks, leading and supervising the work of a research team. In addition to the skills required of Associates, they must possess statistical analysis and research data evaluation skills, interpersonal skills, and internal and external Client management skills. A high level of proactivity and the ability to relate effectively with Clients and Resources is expected of the Account Manager.
Business Director
They possess a proven track record in an industry sector and a developed portfolio of Clients.
They have negotiation skills and possess the required skills to relate with top management of companies. They participate in the definition of corporate strategy.
They must demonstrate decision-making abilities in business organization and leadership skills. They’re responsible for research innovation and new product development within the area of specialization.

EDP/ANALYST

Research Analyst e Data Analyst
The analyst has, in general, complete responsibility for the processing phase of research data.
They have statistical skills, particularly in bivariate and multivariate analysis.
A bachelor’s degree in statistics or equivalent and a thorough knowledge of popular statistical computer packages is required.
Senior Research Analyst
They are responsible for coordinating the activities of the EDP office and scheduling the activities of other analysts. They possess consultative and communication skills to manage the relationship with Clients, designed to illustrate the best statistical techniques for solving specific research problems. They are responsible for the development of new research methodologies and guarantor of the quality of statistical data produced.
