This Notice is given to inform you of the processing of your personal data related to contact and information requests.

Purpose and legal basis for processing

The purpose of data processing is to respond to requests for information and other general inquiries.

Purposes covered by the data subject’s consent

The provision of personal data (first name, last name, email) is strictly necessary for the purpose of carrying out the planned activities as it is aimed at the stage of requesting information from you forwarded .

Methods of data processing

Personal data will be processed by computer tools and/or by manual processing, in order to allow their collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction, will be processed by the authorized persons in charge of the processing appointed by the Association, responsible for the operational, administrative and accounting management of the relationship with the Association itself. Said processing will include – in compliance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality – the operations strictly necessary for the purpose.

Automated decision making

Your personal data will not be subject to profiling or subject to any fully automated decision-making process.

Recipients of personal data and dissemination

The collected data will not be subject to disclosure and dissemination. Disclosure to third parties, other than the Data Controller, authorized employees for processing is possible:

  1. to third parties and companies, where necessary for the pursuit of the purposes indicated and in any case within the limits of the same, such as consultants, third-party technical and computer support companies, engaged in the correct and regular pursuit of the purposes described.

In any case, processing by third parties must be carried out in accordance with fairness and in compliance with applicable legal provisions. Third-party companies will be designated as data processors or will act as autonomous data controllers.

Based on the roles and job duties performed, internal and external personnel are entitled to process within the limits of their competencies and in accordance with the instructions given to them by the Controller.

Place of Treatment

Data are currently processed and stored at the registered office located in Via G. Cavalcanti 5- Milan (MI).

Data Transfer to Third Countries

Within the scope of the purposes set out in this Notice, your personal data will be transferred to third parties established in countries outside the European Union, in the case of social media connections, subject, where applicable, to the provisions for the use of Cookies in relation to which please refer to the relevant section accessible at__________________

Period of data retention

Personal data provided in reference to the purposes related to having operational and organizational information of the IFC, will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the stated purposes for a period of 6-12 months.

Opposition to the processing may be made by the Data Subject in accordance with the provisions of the next section headed “RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT” of this policy.

Rights of the Interested Party

The user (pursuant to Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of EU Reg. 2016/679) may, at any time, exercise the rights set forth below.

  1. Revocation of consent: The data subject has the right to revoke consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to withdrawal;
  2. Access to personal data: to obtain confirmation or otherwise that data concerning you is being
    processed and, if so, access to the following information: the purposes, the categories of data, the recipients, the retention period, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the right to request rectification or erasure or restriction of processing or opposition to processing as well as the existence of an automated decision-making process;
  3. Request for rectification or erasure of the same or restriction of processing concerning him/her; “restriction” means the marking of retained data with the aim of limiting their processing in the future;
  4. Objection to processing: to object on grounds related to your particular situation to the processing of data for the performance of a public interest task or in pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Data Controller;
  5. Data portability: in the case of automated processing carried out on the basis of consent or in execution of a specific request to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the data concerning him/her;
  6. To lodge a complaint under Article 77 of the GDPR with the competent supervisory authority based on your habitual residence, place of work or the place of violation of your rights; for Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali is competent and can be contacted via the contact details given on the website http://www.garanteprivacy.it.

The aforementioned rights may be exercised by sending an appropriate request through the contact channels indicated in Section 1 of this policy.

Communication and provision of data

The provision of data is mandatory in order to fulfill pre-contractual and contractual requests, and therefore refusal to provide it in whole or in part may result in the Foundation being unable to execute the request.
